Hi,
is there a fix available for Bug CSCuu70668 becuase a customer of mine is getting a "cf_duplicate_invocation_rejection" error.

This is not to be viewed as a traditional bug. Cisco determined a need to change the behavior. In releases with the fix, you can expect the following behavior.
Userid locked out after 5 failed attempts for a period of 5 min. If customer uses a wrong password 5 times, customer will get locked out for 5 min.
Behavior change is implemented in 11.0(1) and subsequent releases.

Hi Palani,
is any other issue known which show this error message because my customer get this error during the agent is logged in and for instance gets a call.

Regret the delay in responding. Kindly consider engaging TAC/Cisco as I am suspecting that live/interactive troubleshooting may be required.
