Issue back again - CSCva92074

Just hitting this bug CSCva92074 again on 9300 with ios 17.03.04 and 17.03.05.

000152: *Jun 23 04:49:23.347: %PLATFORM_PM-6-MODULE_ERRDISABLE: The inserted SFP module with interface name Gi1/0/16 is not supported
000153: *Jun 23 04:49:23.347: %PM-4-ERR_DISABLE: gbic-invalid error detected on Gi1/0/16, putting Gi1/0/16 in err-disable state

Using this don't work:

service unsupported-transceiver

no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid

Only workaround is still:

remove SFP module, shut/no shut, then insert the SFP module back.

it can be bug but i can be this transceiver not compatible with 9300.

True. But the switch is a SPF switch, and it is all interfaces with SFP that is not working. And the most of them is different.

can you share the switch Version and SPF LC you try to add .

C9300-24S with 8x10G module.

1000BaseLX SFP

Some SPF is Cisco and some is not original Cisco
