Hi , I'm experiencing a ASR1001-X reload with the Last reload reason: Critical software exception, check bootflash:crashinfo_RP_00_00_20230302-124248-BGH

Other notes : is your CPU ok ? Memory OK, do you see any abnormal Logs ?

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

according to message, there was a software glitch/bug. you can check crash file in flash if its easy for you. or check any known bugs for your OS version. if not you can always contact TAC support and ask for help.

Post the complete output to the command "sh crypto pki trustpool | include cn=".  

If the first two lines are "QuoVadis" then it is more likely a memory leak caused by the "keyman" process due to FN - 72323 - Cisco IOS XE Software: QuoVadis Root CA 2 Decommission Might Affect Smart Licensing, Smart Call Home, and Other Functionality.
