I would like to know details, my AP SwVer  : 8.2.110.0 does it hit this vulnerabilities?

The Cisco PSIRT report for this issue states the following:

"Cisco Aironet 1800, 2800, and 3800 AP platforms running software versions prior to the first fixed version of 8.2.121.0 or 8.3.102.0 are vulnerable."

Based on that information, it would appear that your version of "8.2.110.0" is considered vulnerable since it is an older release version than the first fixed release of "8.2.121.0".
