My client is facing with an issue related to bug which was fixed 5.4(0.46) but he is on 5.6.0.22.6. As per client screen shot we can see there is 48% space available on the /opt folder. Anyone has any idea?

Cause : On-Demand Full Backup failed
Details : Backup failed due to insufficient space for stating directory in /opt. Please configure backup-stating url from CLI for taking backup
