Moving finished conference to future returns confusing error message CSCup72333

Problem from TMS side is that the error is misleading, and can be change to display:
"You cannot move a finished conference to a future date/time. Please book a new meeting."

Where should I change that?

I also would like to know in which template this needs to be changed. I went trough all email templates but did not find a sentence stating  "The videoconference resource could not be booked in Cisco TMS. You cannot book a meeting in the past."
