OSPFv3 and BFD flapping when the standby is coming up

I have similar problem.

You meaning hsrp standby when coming up the bfd is down?

We are using C9500-48Y4C and it is connected on only one interface currently i.e. hu1/0/52.  But BFD node goes down after every few hours. I have tried replacing SFP and have checked physical connection.

If device is externally calibrated, only calibrated values are printed.
++ : high alarm, + : high warning, - : low warning, -- : low alarm.
NA or N/A: not applicable, Tx: transmit, Rx: receive.
mA: milliamperes, dBm: decibels (milliwatts).
