Hi,
We are getting "Runtime error" while running Agent Login Logout Activity Report on UCCX version 9.0.2.11003-44.
I am able to found bug CSCud75545 fix in 9.0(2.10000.56) but my version is slightly higher and still getting the same error.

I am able to fix the issue by applying the patch which is general of all 8.X,9.X,10.X,11.X as well.

I have already tried on 8.x, 9.x and 10.x running on Historical report as well as CUIC for different customers.

My uccx version is Release 8.5(1)SU3
But I can't access to you refer bug: CSCvb27878
Can you help me please?

Thanks for advising of the bug... we know the fix but wondering what caused this not to work all of a sudden. We had agent login logout report working before but stopped all of a sudden. Does this relate to windows update or certificate?
