Hi all,
I upgraded some Cisco ISR4431 from 16.6.4 to 17.6.5, an after that some ISR4K hitted with CSCwf53555.
NAME: "Power Supply Module 1", DESCR: "Unknown Power Supply"
PID: ISR4XXX-PWR-UNKNOWN, VID: , SN:
Then I changed to 17.12.1a because in CSCwf53555 it appear as a fix.
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwf53555.
But, unfortunately, that version has the same results as 17.6.5.
I rollback to 16.6.4, now I can only see the PS0 in "show inventory". With "show platform" the PS1 appears as "Unknown fail, badinput"
