I experienced this issue in 6 node distributed deployment. I was getting no data, and I was also getting the error loading context visibility as well (ISE error message suspected it was Reverse dns issue, but it wasn't a issue in my setup.

To resolve the issue I connected to the cli of the secondary unit and type "application configure ise". option 20 was selected. The ISE will instruct you to do the same on the Primary Admin Node.
