SpeechView configuration with office365 solution

Migrating to O365 has broken Speechview and after various efforts it still stays broken. Cisco recommended upgrading to 11.5su8 which was done along with testing internal and external smtp with no luck. Has anyone gotten the transcription to work?

Hi,

I don't think this is supported. There is already a bug ID listed. Although
it says resolved, there is no resolved CUC version.
