no ssh possible

getting "%SSH: Failed to encode IOS ASN.1 to SECSH format" when issuing sh ip ssh command

Is this a new device setup or after the upgrade you getting into this issue?

if you have console access can you post-show run configuration (maybe i am thinking bug) or SSH v2 configuration issue.

maybe the bug (not related to this platform, but the similar issue around)
