Switches C2960 - diffie-hellman after upgrade - user/pass not working

Hello friends
I had adiffie-hellman problem after upgrading the 2960 switch

After changing the SecureCRT settings, I see the username and password request page, but I get the following message

"Keyboard-interactive authentication with the SSH2 server failed.
Please enter login information for xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx."

I have no access other than ssh.

Hello,

It is normal to update the Self Sign Certificate's group or algorithms in an update for increasing security. But I am not sure what was the case for you. 

But if you adjust something in your SecureCRT, you can log in

I think the update caused my local user to be removed or unable to detect the encryption algorithm
