One https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuo26378 it mentions that the MX series is vulnerable to heartbleed. Is there any information concerning which versions of the OS are known vulnerable and which are not?

That bug report lists which releases have the vulnerability and which are known to have been fixed.

Most versions from TC5.0.0 onwards are vulnerable. Prior to TC5.x is not vulnerable as it uses an earlier version of OpenSSL.
The fixed versions that have been released are TC6.3.1 and TC7.1.1.
