Would the Cisco Catalyst 6513 be affected by the Meltdown bug?

I know is End-of-Life, so no updates will be released for it, but I am trying to figure out about HIPAA compliance. 

Is this version of the Catalyst affected? On the website it doenst list it, but that may be because its EOL.

And even if not, would the 6513 be considered HIPAA compliant because it is EOL.

Not it is not because the 6500, supervisor cards and associate line cards don't have Intel or AMD CPU chips.
