WS-C3650-24T Reload reason shows Power Failure although no power issue

Hello,

I'm experiencing a switch WS-C3650-24T reload with the last reason of "Power Failure" but there was no actual power issue.

are you sure there was no at least small disruption of power due to any reason? may be power fluctuate, power cable loos connection, or things like that?
