Any Good Wireless Labs/Manuals out there?

I need practice on wireless implementations. I have all the hardware/images I need, I can do everythin via images if need be.

Are there any good lab manuals out there for wireless? I wouldn't mind CCIE level stuff, I'm not looking for CCNA level stuff, and not too interested in a theory book (there are many good wireless theory books out there, non-cisco, which I think would teach me more than cisco press). I need to lab, but haven't been able to find anything.

Any suggestions?
