Good morning all.
About a year and a half ago I started with a new employer who wanted me to change the email address associated with my Cisco account to my work email. Since they were assigning entitlements to me I went along with it. Well I have since left and now Cisco is telling me that I can't change my email address back. I have about 20 years of history with that account, most of it not with the former employer. By the way, the former employer is supportive of the change. The problem is that there is a new Cisco policy that forbids changing email addresses.
This is disappointing since I have lost any community posts I had as well as other information.
Is there really nothing that can be done????

I found it odd as well, especially considering they had changed it from the same email less than a year prior. I have opened calls with TAC and been told that they won't change it. Very frustrating, I have a lot of history in that account.
