I managed to pass my CCNA certification, I already received an email where I can download my PDF certificate from my profile, but nothing is displayed on my profile.
IN FACT, IN MY PROFILE IT IS NOT ABLE TO SEE THAT I APPLIED THE EXAM, BUT IN MY EMAIL ACCOUNT I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS FROM WHEN I REGISTERED TO DO IT AND THE ONES I ARRIVED FROM THAT I ACCREDITED IT CORRECTLY
I ALREADY RAISED A CASE WITH CISCO BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME AN ANSWER, WHAT CAN I DO?

Also, if you know your Cisco instructor/agent you can ask him/her directly for assistance.

If it helps you in the interim, look at your certificate for the certificate verification number in the bottom left hand corner. If you go to cisco.com/go/verifycertificate, does it show as valid?
