Packet tracer example 4 x routers and trying to use RIP command

Hi

I am new to Cisco ( and trying to learn about RIP and still trying to grasp some basic networking concepts.

I have attached a network topology I've created in packet tracer, I am having difficulties understand what I've done wrong here as I am unable to ping from PC to PC and I have setup RIP on the routers.

I am relatively new to networking so any advice / help would be much appreciated.

Feel free to let me know if I have setup all my networks completely wrong ETC.
