Hello all members,
I haven't taken my scheduled exam of CCNA on Oct 22 2022 as there was internet backbone down at the testing center before I start the exam session. The testing center made a issue ticket to Pearson Vue.
But the program coordinator has not resolved my issue yet. It took over 2 weeks. This is my first cisco exam and I am very disappointed for the bad service at Pearson Vue. Is there anyone who can help me?
They always say my issue ID is under "On waiting" whenever I contact them.

No one can help, you need to get Pearson Vue and chat with them with chat bot, so after review your case they may issue new code for you.
