two Cisco ID

Dears, 

have two cisco IDs the old one is, CSCO13580377‎ in which I successfully passed 300-135 - Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks - English (ENU).

And the new cisco ID is, CSCO14193372‎ in which I successfully passed 350-401 - Implementing Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies - English (ENU) today (23/11/2022).

I want to merge those IDs and to have one cisco ID to complete my CCNP enterprise certificate and to schedule the upcoming exam through it.

I already opened a case with the ref# 02100516 on 23/11/2022, but no one answered me since then. 

Is there anything I can do to expedite their feedback?
