I was doing one of the Core exams very well and after reaching 71 question, the other questions get loaded 4-5 mins , then message cams with ( questions could not be loaded and your exam will stop now ) , I ask the proctor what is the issue he said I need to relaunch your exam and you will start from the question were you stop and time also be counted from where it stoped , so he did it but not solve the issue , and after 3 times of doing relaunch, he said I need to revoke your exam and open case for me , then close the session very quick
So I found that I am failing that exam , I don't know how cisco allows to get results for this exam issue without telling what is the reason or what happened, and now my vue records get failed for that exam ,
More over I am recertifiy my CCIE that will be expired in three weeks ,
Very bad experience actually,
Any suggestions??
Thanks

Sorry to hear this. Years back I was booked for an exam and when I got to the test centre they had a power cut and I could not sit my exam. This showed as fail, as I was classed as a no show. As long as Pearson is dealing with this and you are able to sit the exam again, this is all you can do. It’s an unfortunate situation to be, suggest to rebook as soon as possible.

I just had this issue today. No question had been loaded, and after the proctor restarted the exam three times, she/he revoked it, and I failed without having a chance to answer a single question.

@namns84 open a case with Cisco or Pearson as this does not sound right.

Thanks, they provided a case ID and a number to call, but that won't be until Monday. It's frustrating.

Update! Vue sent me an email with a voucher to retake the exam, but the issue is that I can't take the test for another six days, and it's too late to renew my certs.
Dear Test Taker,
First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have faced during your exam.
Our team would like to fix this by offering you a customer service voucher code that can be used to schedule your next exam at no additional charge to you. Your voucher code details can be found below – please note, you must schedule and take your exam on or before the expiration date.

You cannot take the exam due to the voucher or the test centre/online booking being busy?

Likely neither, there's a general policy that they say you can't retake a test for 7 days. Even though they didn't technically take/complete the exam, Pearson is probably just going off of that unfortunately. I've seen the same thing when it came to not being able to take a test due to an ID problem.

They marked the exam as failed, but I think the answer is below.
I retook it today and passed
