Is there a way to retrieve the device information in the report function?

You can generate an inventory report:

Click settings(hamburger menu) in the top left > Reports > Report Templates > Inventory > All Data.

You can choose to have it generated as a .csv.  There's a few fields you can select to generate, but software version is one of them.
