Cisco DNA and Fabric-tab under provisioning?

We have a deployment we cant really figure out why we cant create the actual Fabric. Under Provision, we only have devices and services, not fabric. All software packages are installed (SD-access is "Ready"), but still no Fabric-tab. Any clues? We are running an old version, 1.3.0.77, waiting for the last node in the 3-node cluster before we upgrade. Still, i had this working in the lab in the 1.2.x, so it should work.

Have you ensured that all services are properly running from CLI? My suggestion would be to check via $ magctl appstack status. If some are down you could manually restart via $magctl service restart -d <service>. You can tail logs after restart to see errors via $magctl service logs -rf <service> | lql. My recommendation would be to work with TAC on this one OR upgrade your single node to the version you wish to run with your cluster, and then get the other two boxes up to snuff prior to creating the cluster. Good luck & HTH!
