Cisco DNA Center - NCP-System Package Deployment Error

I face the below issue while trying to deploy the ncp-system package in DNA Center 1.3.3.4

ncp-system         NCP - Base                2.1.113.62059

DEPLOYMENT_ERROR - Exception in package: ncp-system, kind: ServiceBundle, name: postgres - 'postgres 1.2.1' took more than the expected '90' seconds to start. Please review the service logs for errors.

From command line run $magctl appstack status | grep postgres. My assumption is that you may see errors under STATUS. If you do you should be able to manually restart with $magctl service restart postgres -d. If still having the same issue please work with TAC. HTH!
