COLLECTOR-ISE Unable to complete synchronization

HI,

I want to display wired-client information on DNA Assurance.  Ex. Wired-Client User-ID..

Follow the guide:

Instances status seems to show initialize.... 

Then I want to re-config again, but I cannot delete and add one.

The status show "config delete pending" and "config update pending".

How to fix it ?
