configuration netconfig has issue

hi

i have issue in my router that configure through DNA, that i can`t manage it because there is netconfig issue.

i face 2 error

netconf authentication failed cisco dna isr

and

Device Unresponsive : NCIM12011 cisco dna

i can`t make sych to this device

did it ever work (existing device) ?
or is this when adding new device to DNA's inventory c.q. discovering new device ?

Hello Ahmed,

I recommend opening up a TAC case to have them assist you with the issue. 

You can also do a debug of netconf and try to figure it out yourself... You can post the output. 

debug netconf-yang level debug
debug netconf all
