Hello Everyone,
I have one switch that is managed by the DNA-C, the switch is reachable, Managed and Compliant.
However, its RUM license report is about to expire and I came across an issue that I can not fix.
The problem is that when I go into Tools> License Manager>Reporting, the device is still
visible here, then once I go to the workflow "Smart License Compliance",
choose the correct Smart Account, correct Virtual Account, the switch is not there anymore.
This happens only with this one device, others are fine and I can go with the workflow.
So I am no able to select the device and go with the workflow to report and receive an ACK.
I have triple checked to make sure it is in the correct Virtual Account and it is.
Does anyone experienced the same or similar issue?
