DNAC backup and restore not working

Hi!

Im using a remote host to store all my backup data of my dna center, after a reset I did to the dnac I cant see any backups on the backup tab (system->backup and restore->backups).
I have daily scheduled backup and everytime it finishes with success and I am able to see it on my remote host.

   - Try removing the remote backup repository server in DNAC and add it again afterwards ,

after a reset, I did to the DNAC <<- what kind of reset? Maglev reconfiguring ?

Also is the DNAC in cluster or standalone, what DNAC version is this ?

check the schedule and verify is the backup doing as expected and check the date and time ?
