Error when distributing Anycast Gateway to Fabric Zones(Switches)

Hello,

if we want to distribute an anycast gateway, the following error message appears: "Provisioning failed due to invalid parameter. Segment name already exists." However, the network has not been used yet. Other networks cannot be added there either.
Has anyone had this problem before?

DNA version is 2.3.5.6-70143-CSCwm60252.SMU

I have exactly the same problem, is probably a bug?

Hey Giovanni,

Please give me some more information. Which DNAC version are you using? Have you opened a case? Please keep me updated on whether there is a solution.

Hello Heiko,

I have the same version as you,  2.3.5.6-70143-CSCwm60252.SMU (Golden).
I just reported this issue to my business partner that has the rights to open a TAC for me, I think they will open the case probably today.

I will update you as soon as I have some news.

Hello,

We have the same issue. Have you already received a response from TAC?

I have the same issue with DNAC Version 2.3.5.6-70143.

anycast gateway fails with error NCSO20258

I can see that DNAC sees the FZ association but the vlan is not created on the switches.

Anyone tried to upgrade?

thanks

Hi all,

do you have any news yet? Even after updating the DNAC to version 2.3.7.7-70047 there is no improvement and it is still not possible!

I have a case open with TAC on this issue, but no solution yet

We have identified an issue where duplicate Anycast gateways were present in certain zones. While the configurations on the switches were accurate and functioning as expected, the duplicate gateways were observed exclusively within the Catalyst Center.

After deleting and reconfiguring the affected gateways in the Catalyst Center, the issue has been resolved, and the system is now operating normally.

I confirm, it was related to a anycast gateway duplicated in the FZ and visible only within the DNAC.

Deleting the duplicate AG resolved the issue.
