Deploying a couple of Cat9300's for a customer into a SCADA environment where I am not sure they have internet access. Will this cause the switch to stop functioning after a certain amount of time?

Two questions:
- Is this in an SDA environment or are you just deploying the 9300 switches as Legacy switches?
- If no for the above are you using DNAC for assurance for these two switches?
If the answer is no for both of these then you shouldn't really need to activate the licenses.
If you answer yes to either question then you will need to activate at some time however at the moment Cisco isn't enforcing the licensing. Your best bet is to contact your Cisco sales rep or contact Cisco Licensing (licensing@cisco.com) to see if you can get PLR (Permanent Licenses Registration) licenses for your switches. If they can't issue PLR licenses then then they may be able to help you find a solution that will work best for your environment.
