Is there a way to get more information about a DNA license shown in the smart license portal give the PO number, order number, and line shown in the portal?
We have a bit of an odd setup. Each business unit that comprises our company purchases their own Cisco gear, but they have their vendor add the licenses to the overall company account. So when they buy AP DNA licenses, I see them show up in the portal.
Each non North American unit's licenses show up in the portal as "Ship to XXX City, County" so it is pretty easy to figure out which unit owns these.
Our North American units buy from one partner. So licenses purchased through them just show up as "Ship to XXX United States".
The licenses show a PO number, order #, and line #. Unfortunately, the PO number is our vendor's PO to Cisco, not our PO to the vendor. Currently, when I see new licenses pop up, I have to bug the vendor to have them cross-reference them to our PO.
Is there any way in Cisco to cross reference a vendor PO to a customer PO? I am of course assuming that the vendor includes the customer PO on their PO to Cisco. While I have no way to know if the vendor actually includes our PO number in the Cisco, it seems like a reasonable bit of information to include.
