We see this in various fabric sites that the SNMPv3 user defined via the network profiles in Catalyst Center was created partly with a write view and partly without. In some cases, the SNMP group has the name of the SNMP user, and in others, the groups are called "DNACGROUPAuthPriv". I imagine that the way SNMPv3 users are created has changed with the different Catalyst Center versions. However, I couldn't find any official documentation anywhere that shows how SNMPv3 users are currently created.
I also wonder whether it is possible to assign an ACL to SNMPv3 users created from the Catalyst Center due to the current SNMP vulnerabilities.
Best regards
