Some devices appear unreachable and others are accessible

Good afternoon, sorry for the inconvenience. Someone had an issue with Catalyst Center where some devices appear unreachable and others are accessible without problems.

Assurange say unrechable and device 360 notihing..

is the Catalyst Centre a single node or a cluster , 
if single check basic connectivity, especially check if no acces-lists/firewall has been changed in your network
if cluster check if primary has changed to another node. (and same check as above)
