SSM connection mode -can not change type connection to smart account

The DNA server is connected to the smart account and registered. My network devices do not have a direct connection to the Internet. I'm trying to change the SSM connection mode to "smart proxy". In the audit logs, I can see that the changes are being made successfully. But on the devices I don't see any change. In smart account, I see that my devices are not using a license. What should i do to make devices use DNA as "smart proxy"?

looks like you only enabled DNA as a smart proxy,
now you need to configure your switches with the correct URL of the smart host
especially look at the video DNAC License Manager - YouTube in above post skip to time: 9:10 / 13:42
