I have an issue with the executive report summary and I open a case in our network team which open a case at cisco but I have pressure to get this solved fast and to solve it I need to extract the RCA file that is mention in this procedure: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/cloud-systems-management/dna-center/213926-how-to-generate-and-extract-root-cause-a.html?dtid=osscdc000283#anc3
However WinSCP doesn't see the file and I can't switch to the RCA file or the root file in Winscp.
I also try Curl and SCP command, both command have been not successful at all, curl isn't install on the appliance and scp just get stuck and cannot proceed.
Also my appliance is missing half of the linux command I cannot use CD, Chmod or APT.
How do I extract the debug File from there, the rca file is located in /data/rca ?
