Hi,
I get the following error when trying to login: "There was an error logging in. Check your username and password and try again."
I have direct internet access and I'm pretty sure the credentails I use are correct.
Thanks,
Dan

hi
Is there a proxy in place in the network , I got the same problem until I entered the our local proxy
under settings in advanced section
I would confirm your credentials as well on the actual website just to be sure before troubleshooting anything else

Hey Mark,
I've done some due diligence troubleshooting the issue before posting :) so no, there isn't a proxy that's why I mentioned direct internet access. I've checked the advanced settings and made sure that a proxy is not configured to avoid any misconfiguration.
I can login with my credentials on the website without any problems.
At this point I think it might be some access that is needed on my cisco account although not sure what I need to check(I do have access and a few support contracts under my account).
Thanks for replying and let me know if you have any other suggestions.
Cheers,
Dan

Just in case someone has the same issue, I've unistalled, restarted and installed again and all looks good now.
