Hi. I can't use the File Analysis option of the CLI Analyzer tool because it asks for CCO login and gives error, don't login.
The connections are all ok. is it an account problem. Does anyone know what it could be?

I thought it was AlexsanderBorri17, but I noticed that I have AlexsanderBorri2868. I tried with this second and it worked.

Can you verify the CCO ID you are using to login to the CLI Analyzer please?
