CCO login failed

Hello,

I get an error when I try to link CLI analyser with my CCO login

First I was at the job so I suspected the proxy, so I tried it with my personal computer from my home network with the same result. From Wirshark I can see the communication flow.

We have an active service contract associate with my CCO. Do I need a specific service contract ?

Can you please share the CCO ID you are currently using to attempt the login? You may share this via Private Message by hovering over my username and selecting the same option.

Thank you for your help I found the solution by reading your answer...

I was using my email address instead of my Username. The email work for Cisco login page but neither for Cisco Android app or CLI analyser.
