Cisco CLI Analyzer 3.6.3 [UPLOAD_FAILED] error

Hi,

 

I keep receiving the bellow error when trying to analyze some outputs:

 

Cisco File Analysis is currently unavailable [UPLOAD_FAILED]

 

I have disabled firewall and checked settings - they are OK. I don't use a proxy either.

We experienced an issue with a backend service early this morning (US EST). If you experienced a failure in functionality please attempt to rerun the tool again or login and update this thread.

I am seeing this too, and I also have the "Internet can't be reached" message. I don't go through an proxies, and have tried different internet connections. Same result.

I'm receiving "Cisco File Analysis is currently unavailable [471]" on NS-OX files, but not having any issues with standard IOS files.  

I am running 3.6.4.  When I open it and am prompted for my CCO, I receive a pop-up that says "Internet can't be reached".   We don't use a proxy and I am able to log into my CCO going to www.cisco.com.  Any ideas?
