Cisco NX-OS System Diagnostics is currently unavailable [413]

Hi!

Trying to use CLI Analyzer 3.7 to diagnose/review some Nexus 9K switches, I'm getting the above error code.  I'm not having success diagnosing this, can the error code be explained?  Is this a temporary outage, or a user/client issue?  Should I downgrade to 3.6.8 or another version?
