Cisco CLI Analyzer

I'm trying to run ASA System Diagnostics after upgrading ASA firmware to version 9.20(3)10, but I'm getting an error ASA System Diagnostics is currently unavailable [471].  The System Diagnostics worked while running ASA version 9.18(4)22.

For some reason, connecting to our Cisco 5525 ASA (version 9.8(4)20 does not work with SSH. Works fine with Putty or any other way. I'm going to guess it's something with this version of CLI Analyzer. Worked fine with the previous version I had.
