How do I get access to that tool. When I try the download, it ask me to login and it will not let me use my CCO login. Do I request a login specific to that tool or what process should I follow? Is this no available to end users just partners?

Hi Michael,
Can you please try clearing your browser cache/cookies and download via https://cway.cisco.com/go/sa/ ? Please be advised once it is installed you will not be able to use the TAC tools unless you have a valid contract associated to your CCO account.

Hi John,
That worked thanks however now the application will not accept my CCO credentials. Murphy's Law. Can you give me a recommendation to resolve this issue?

Got it.. Need to add the Proxy into the settings.

Be sure to close the app after making your proxy changes to ensure they take effect.
