CLI 3.5.1 not pulling equipment serial numbers

Using CLI 3.5.1 the device serial number won't populate.  Try refreshing and also doing systems diagnostics but only model and version of device show.  not all serial numbers populate

Found that the Recheck time in Settings was 7 days changed to Always Recheck which fixed it!
