CLI Analyzer : What information is shaerd with Cisco ?

Hi,

I have been testing the CLI Analyzer for a while now, and it's a great tool!

What I haven't been able to figure out yet is : What information is shared with Cisco and for what purpose ? is it possible to change some settings about that?  Are the datas stored only for analysis purpose then deleted ? I went through the Help Guide but couldn't find any information about it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Best Regards,

Jérôme

Hello @jerome.schlumberger

Thank you for using the Cisco CLI Analyzer.

The information gathered from your devices during a System Diagnostics run is unique to the device type. Once the device is identified a request is made from Cisco to gather only the necessary information to provide you with an analysis. This information is then sent back to Cisco and temporarily stored while the analysis takes place. Once this completes the information is sent back to the CLI Analyzer and your data on our side is destroyed.

The specific data requests are hardcoded by our TAC engineers to get as much useful information as possible in as little as time necessary, so commands like show run and show tech are common with more specific commands used for various device types. The ability to modify the list of authorized commands is not possible at this time.
