Hi Team,
socks5 proxy connection not working in Cisco CLI Analyzer. It is not creating SSH connection via socks5 proxy it is directly connecting.
socks5 proxy connection is not working like socks5 proxy connection in PuTTY software.
Is socks5 proxy connection used for SSH connection? It seems only used for connecting to internet.
We required socks5 proxy connection for SSH too. It is relay useful feature if support ssh too.

This may be a simple question but did you restart the application in order for Proxy settings to take effect?
https://cway.cisco.com/docs/cisco-cli-analyzer/latest/Proxy_Settings.htm
Apologies for the delay in response.

I believe he (as I) was looking for a way to specify a socks proxy server (v4 and v5 with/without auth). The jump server configuration in the analyzer requires ID/password as well as script commands. What I need is the ability to specify a simple socksv4 proxy that acts as a pure proxy with no other requirement but to provide a hop off/jump point. Flow as follows:
CLI Analyzer (socksv4 port 1080) -> socksv4 proxy (ssh port 22) -> destination device
I suppose this is a feature enhancement, how do we get that in the queue?
Thanks
