I have been using the CSR1000-V in multiple AWS environments with DMVPN over the past 6 months but have come up against an issue. Version 3.14 (IOS 15.5(1)S1) is affected by a bug that causes a memory-leak crash on the image. The verified design guide shows DMVPN as a supported technology on the very page you download the AWS AMI from marketplace. But the image that AWS run is affected by this bug and as its a pre-packaged image, you can't upgrade the CSR to a later version.
Is there a way to upload a new CSR image (with the latest release) to AWS or another solution anyone is aware of?
thx

Alas you can only wait for Cisco to release an updated image.
You could also use an event action script to reboot the router, say once a week?
