Apologies if this question is covered in documentation or an earlier discussion but if so I did not see it anywhere.
Over what time window is the license-enforced bandwidth limit averaged before it is enforced? I believe our monitoring has shown some brief spikes above our licensed bandwidth, which indicates that the CSR does not start dropping packets if it instantaneously exceeds the license cap. But what is the length of that window?
