deleted profiles but cannot delete policy says its in use

I deleted my domain and chassis profiles but i cannot delete some policies and says the policy is still in use by the profiles. any idea?

What's the exact error you are getting and which type of policy is it?  Two things that come to mind are templates that still may be present or the order of operations on linked policies especially if trying to delete Ethernet Network Group before LAN connectivity

it just wont let mwe delete the policy. It says the policy is in use by chassis and domain profiles. but both profiles already deleted
